Dalhousie Cinema and Media Studies Society (CMSS)

The purpose and objectives of the Society are to provide a fun and inclusive space to share our love of films, television, video games, etc. We hold casual discussion-based meetings for our members to discuss what films we’ve engaged with recently. We host monthly film screenings accompanied by an opening lecture by a professor that is open to all Dal/King’s students. We also create and produce short films with the goal of learning about the filmmaking process through firsthand experience.
