Dalhousie Field Hockey Club

Our Society is a pillar of the sports and athletics facet of Dalhousie. It attracts athletes nationwide and is home to a diverse set of students who are not only passionate about field hockey but also about student excellence and academics. We strive to be a club that promotes leadership and community, and pushes students to be the best that they can be within a community. This past year, we had the opportunity to go to nationals and compete amongst the best teams in the province. This created a learning opportunity for coaches and athletes alike. It is imperative that sports clubs such as this one stay active and nurtured by the community. The field hockey club creates a place to create new friendships, compete at a university level, and learn skills that will follow you for the rest of your life. Furthermore, this sport is a smaller sport, especially in the Atlantic region. It is a privilege to be able to offer access to such an incredible team through this school.
