Dalhousie Friends of Doctors Without Borders (MSF) (FoMSF)

As Dalhousie Friends of Doctors Without Borders / MSF, we are among the official student support organizations for Doctors Without Borders / Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Canada. Doctors Without Borders is a non-governmental, international organization that provides emergency medical, humanitarian aid to over 70 countries around the world. They provide medical assistance to and save lives of people affected by conflict, epidemics, disasters, or exclusion from healthcare based solely on need. Our society fundraises for MSF Canada, raises awareness for MSF’s work, and encourages students to work with MSF Canada in their future careers. We offer varied programming and events for students to help raise funds, increase awareness, but also engage students. We also encourage students to get involved with us as volunteers.
