Hemoglobal Dalhousie Chapter (DHemo)

Hemoglobal Dalhousie is a student-led chapter in support of Hemoglobal, a registered Canadian charity dedicated to improving the health of children affected by blood diseases in Asia. Our focus is on improving proper care and treatment, building better hospitals/clinics, and raising awareness for the children battling these blood diseases. At Hemoglobal Dalhousie, we aim to support Asian children suffering from life-threatening blood disorders like thalassemia, anemia, and hemophilia. We believe that no child's future should be determined by where they are born or their family's income. We strive to provide the opportunity for a better outcome for children battling blood disorders in Asian countries. Within our chapter, we aim to support the Hemoglobal charity in it's mission to "Make Care Fair". Our team at Hemoglobal Dalhousie will be fundraising and creating educational events, with 100% of the proceeds going to the Hemoglobal charity, where every dollar donated goes directly to helping children facing blood disorders. #makecarefair
